He was very prompt in responding to my questions before and during booking, and gave us clear communication on our reservation afterwards. Terry was a great host and very responsive when we had questions. His place is very secluded, which made it feel private, but only a short drive to Grand Park and restaurants. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It was a perfect spot to set up the RV for a weekend at the ball field. Appreciate being able to stay close to the fields and have a quiet place to relax after a day of games. Water, electricity and sewer connection were all great. I’m sure we will look to be back!

Great property. Was perfect for our crew that was working in the area. Extremely quiet and clean. Plenty of parking for large trucks. Nice little outdoor porch that was perfect for a drink after a long day. 10 out of 10.

Great location for playing at Grand Park, Terry and his wife were very friendly, barndominium was really clean and well thought out. Cool spot that worked well for us; would stay here again.

We are so excited we found this gem so close to Grand Park Sports complex. We’re down at GP a lot for soccer tourneys and hotels are so hard to get into. This was a great location, less than 10 minutes from the park. Well kept, private site with full hookups. Terry was so accommodating for us with our check-in and check-out times, we will definitely come again.

The stay was nice and cozy and we had plenty to do during the stay. Had a minor hiccup where the wifi password didnt work but the owner quickly worked to fix the issue
