Terry was an absolutely fantastic host. Was available when we needed something but did not hover. The place was a beautiful and quiet place. Sitting on the porch with some nice weather provided a much needed break to just be in and hear the nature all around us. I would highly recommend you stay here if you’re considering this place!

Myself and two of my friends needed a place to stay while working away. We ended up coming across Terry’s property. We loved that it was within a 20 minute drive from work and also very budget friendly. From the start, Terry was very responsive and accommodating. The home was clean once we arrived and offered a lot of privacy. We recommend this property and host 10/10. Will be staying if I ever travel to this area again.

The house was immaculate and pictures don’t do it justice! The neighborhood was very quiet. I don’t think a single vehicle passed while we were there, which made it feel peaceful and private. The pool and screened lanai were a highlight! The pool was crystal clear and warm. The patio furniture was ideal for enjoying morning coffee, dining outdoors, and relaxing. The livingroom TV is massive! It felt like a home theater experience. The kitchen had all of your basic cooking necessities and top tier appliances. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the abundant drawer space and walk-in closet. I especially enjoyed the spacious bathroom off the king suite, which had separate sink vanities, a rainfall shower, and private toilet room. Terry, was very responsive, kind, and personable. Communication was easy and check-in and check-out instructions were simple. It was evident that Terry put effort into making the stay enjoyable. I would absolutely book here again!

The house is great, but the host goes above and beyond! We will be back for sure, it’s already been booked. We felt right at home and is was very close to where we needed to go. We recommend this house and this host to anyone in Airbnb!

My family had a really great experience staying at Terry's property! He was very prompt in responding to my questions before and during booking, and gave us clear communication on our reservation afterwards. His place was perfect for our family...it had everything we needed and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax in. It's also very conveniently located. Thanks, Terry! Terry was a great host and very responsive when we had questions. His place is very secluded, which made it feel private, but only a short drive to Grand Park and restaurants. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It was a perfect spot to set up the RV for a weekend at the ball field. Appreciate being able to stay close to the fields and have a quiet place to relax after a day of games. Water, electricity and sewer connection were all great. I’m sure we will look to be back!

We are so excited we found this gem so close to Grand Park Sports complex. We’re down at GP a lot for soccer tourneys and hotels are so hard to get into. This was a great location, less than 10 minutes from the park. Well kept, private site with full hookups. Terry was so accommodating for us with our check-in and check-out times, we will definitely come again.
