This suite is attached to the house, but separated by a double keyed deadbolt. No one will be going between the house and your suite. Your own private entrance on front of the house to the left of main front door. Please park in front of single overehead garage door so that double door can still be accessed. Walls between house and Suite have high end sound deadening insulation, sound absorption squares, sound deadening matts, and a solid door to reduce sound and make for a private experience. The main house would only have the owner of the property if he is around during your stay. Usually it would just be you. The main house will not be rented during your stay in the Sunshine nook. Feel free to go around back and enjoy the heated oversize pool! Relax in this peaceful safe neighborhood. We are comfortable renting to guest age 30 and over. Sunshine Nook is a smoke-free residence with no pets, parties, or events allowed without prior approval.
