📝 • A private mini-suite is located on the property but is not included with the main house rental. It remains unoccupied during your stay for privacy. However, it can be made available for an additional fee if your group needs extra space—please inquire before booking. • The garage is not accessible to guests. • One of the primary bedroom closets will be locked for owner storage. • The pool is heated year-round for your comfort. • Tie-up space is available for kayaks, paddleboards, or a small watercraft, but there is no permanent dock. • The home is located in a quiet residential area—ideal for families, snowbirds, and long-term stays. We kindly ask that you observe quiet hours (10 PM–7 AM) and treat the space with care.
